February 17th - "Foundations" Process for Marketing/Sales

We have always said that the Strategy Mastermind Group works on your "inside reality" while the Marketing Mastermind Group works on your "outside perception", but what about the "inside reality" of your Marketing / Sales System?   Many companies utilize sophisticated marketing tactics without having a good foundation for how these tactics are supposed to work and verification that they are doing what they are supposed to be doing. 

In this month's Strategy Mastermind Group, we are going to talk about your Marketing / Sales System.  This means not focusing on tactics that you can utilize for your system, but on the system itself.  Many businesses suffer from too many great ideas on growing their business.  A good Marketing / Sales System will help you engage the "right" ideas, focus them to maximize results, and then provide accountability to make sure that the tactics are working.  No more "spray and pray" in marketing and sales.  A great system helps you get the right message directly to the right people efficiently and effectively. 


January 20th - Making Change Stick

Last month, we ended 2011 with a bang with almost 50 people working together to set up their goals and objectives for the year.  Now it's time to take some action.

We are going to kick off the year by looking at your critical systems and the barriers you have to change.  You know you need to take action, but how do you ensure that things "stick".  We are going to talk about ways to make sure those big steps you want to take actually take hold in 2012.  We will talk about how to implement change even while your business is on the fly. 


December 16th - It's Time........

It's pretty simple really.  2011 is almost in the books.  2012 is almost here.  Now is the time to start to identify what course you will take next year.  What improvements will you make?  What opportunities you will explore?  How will you allocate your limited resources?  You know you need to devote some time to start thinking about it.  You can start right now by putting 2 hours on your calendar to attend a special session of Strategy Mastermind.  On Friday, December 16th from 7:30-9:30AM at 425 Downtown (across the street from the Springfield Brewing Company on Walnut St), we will be giving you tools to lay out your plan for 2012.  Whether you have started the planning process or you haven't. Come take advantage of some powerful outside resources along with the knowledge from the rest of the group.  This session is all about you.  Come ready to work and lay a solid foundation for 2012, or if you have started already, come and see if you have any holes to fill in your plan and bring a couple of other people from your company
                                                                    to help out.
